CPU FALL JUNIOR CHEERLEADING CLINIC 2023
WHAT:
- ATTN: all Stomin’ Pointer elementary kids! A cheerleading clinic for CPU students from ages AK-6th grade that will include learning cheers, chants, jumps and a small dance from the CPU middle school and high school cheerleaders that will be performed all together on the football field at halftime of a JV football game!
WHEN:
- Grades 3-6 will practice on Tuesday, September 26th at the Intermediate School building from 3:30-5:30 P.M. All participants will stay in their classrooms, and the teachers will take them to the gym to meet up with the cheerleaders.
- Grades AK-2 will practice on Thursday, September 28th at the Primary School building from 3:30-5:30 P.M. All participants will stay in their classrooms, and the teachers will take them to the lunchroom to meet up with the cheerleaders.
- All participants will perform the cheers and dance all together during the last 10-15 minutes of each of the practices for any family that’s there. The official performance will be during halftime of the JV football game at Rogers Field on Friday, September 29th. More information about Friday’s performance will be sent home with all junior cheerleaders at the end of the clinic practices.
FEES:
- The clinic cost is $30.00 per participant. This will cover clinic participation, a snack for all junior cheerleaders during the practices, free entrance for each junior cheerleader into the football game on the Friday night of the performance, a paw print face tattoo and a t-shirt. You are welcome to register and pay online through your Infinite Campus account. Otherwise, you may turn in this sheet to the Primary, Intermediate or Middle School secretaries along with cash or a check. Please include all checks and/or cash in an envelope or stapled together so there are no loose papers.
DEADLINE:
- All registrations and payments must be done by Thursday, September 15th by the end of the school day through the online store/Camps and Clinics in Infinite Campus under your child's account. Anyone that registers after the deadline will be able to participate, but will not be guaranteed to receive a t-shirt.
