High School Principal Search 2025-26

Dear Center Point-Urbana CSD Staff, Parents/Guardians, and Community Members:

Our current High School Principal, Mr. Rob Libolt, will be leaving at the conclusion of this academic year. We thank him for all that he has done for CPU!

As we embark on the process of selecting Mr. Libolt’s successor, the district is inviting input from stakeholders—faculty, parents/guardians, and community members—regarding the qualities desired in the next High School leader. This feedback, along with other input, will be carefully considered to shape a comprehensive interview process and guide the selection of the next educational steward for our high school.

Our goal is to hire the most qualified candidate who aligns with the mission of the Center Point-Urbana Community School District: “To develop successful, lifelong learners by fostering a safe and caring environment, delivering a stimulating curriculum, and building on the dedication of our staff, the support of our parents, and the warmth of our small-town community.”

This valuable feedback will help shape a thoughtful and comprehensive interview process, guiding us in selecting the next educational leader for our High School. Together, we look forward to building on the strong foundation established by Mr. Libolt and continuing our commitment to student success.
