CPU School Board Approves Playground Project

At the March 27, 2024 school board meeting, the Center Point-Urbana School Board approved replacing the playground structure at the district’s Primary School. The CPU Community School District is contributing $220,000 through Secure an Advanced Vision for Education (SAVE) funds. In addition, the PTO raised $155,000 through sponsorships and donations to assist in the effort to replace the playground equipment.
