Ms. Dani Kremer is a Cedar Rapids, Iowa native and a 2002 graduate of Cedar Rapids Kennedy High School. She pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in December 2005. After gaining experience in various business roles, Ms. Kremer discovered her true passion for teaching. This led her to Mount Mercy College, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 2010.

Ms. Kremer began her educational career in 2011 at Center Point-Urbana Intermediate and Middle School, serving as a part-time 4th Grade Teacher and part-time Paraeducator. She transitioned to a full-time 4th Grade teaching position, which she held until 2017, when she assumed the role of Intermediate Instructional Coach. In 2023, Ms. Kremer was appointed as the first K-8 MTSS Instructional Coach.

Furthering her professional development, Ms. Kremer earned an Advanced Studies Certificate in Educational Leadership from the University of Northern Iowa in 2021. In 2024, she was appointed as the Principal of Center Point-Urbana Primary School.  

Ms. Kremer and her husband, Pat, are proud parents of two children: Kaylee, born in 2012, and Karson, born in 2014.
